        - Renters who lived and paid rent in Missouri for the entire calendar - Individual or their spouse age 65 years and older - Individual or their spouse under age 65 years and 100% disabled - Individual ages 60-64 years and received surviving spouse social security benefits - 100% disabled veteran - Household income must be less than $54,000 last year - If rent from a facility that DOES NOT pay property taxes, person is not eligible for a Circuit Breaker
