Description
Contract Compliance is responsible for monitoring, compliance, enforcement, oversight, training and assisting contractors with prevailing wage, Minority, Women and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (MWDBE), and Section 3 requirements. They monitor City construction projects, provide Contract Compliance training for all current and potential contractors on City projects, and provide technical assistance by conducting interviews and responding to complaints.
