Services are provided as long as funding is available. Catholic Charities has dental care expense assistance for no more than $150 per household. Financial Assistance is granted based on funding.

Photo ID of the parent or guardian (of the child needing diapers), proof of date of birth (for each child needing diapers)(Medicaid card or birth certificate) and proof of address (of the parent or guardian).

Client cannot receive Happy Bottoms diapers from any other agency.

Catholic Charities can only assist with rent or utilities, not both; current utility and arrears no more than 6 months old; does not assist with rental or utility deposits; will assist with up to the last $250.00 depending on funding at the time of request; prefers that client has not received assistance for the requesting service from another social service agency within the last 6 months; prefers that client has a sustainability plan to pay the requesting service the next month; remaining balance must be paid or has means of paying by visit date; must have tried other agencies first.
