If you are an individual seeking eye care, call or visit a local 501(c)3 helping agency such as Lions Clubs, schools, churches and shelters and ask them to write a letter explaining the need and situation. If you are a 501(c)3 charitable agency whose clients need free eye care, contact the nearest LensCrafters location and ask for the OneSight Store Captain.
