Description
The Child Care Subsidy Program: Helps eligible parents with the cost of child care while they are working or trying to gain employment.

Eligibility
A low-income parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 years (or age 13 years or older with a special need) and are working, attending school, in job training, disabled, homeless, searching for a job, being evaluated for training and/or employment, receiving child welfare services from the Children's Division - Note: Eligible children may be placed on a waiting list due to lack of adequate funding (Eligibility does not guarantee immediate benefits)

Description
Food Stamp Program: Each participating household receives a Missouri Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card to purchase any food and food products including seeds and plants to grow food. The SkillUP Program: Offers Food Stamp recipients in Missouri the opportunity to gain skills, training and work experience.

Description
MO HealthNet (Medicaid) Program: Provides medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF): Provides cash benefits to low-income families for the household's children, such as clothing, utilities and other services.

Eligibility
Applicant must be low-income, a Missouri resident and the parent or legal caretaker of a child who is either under age 18 years or the child is attending high school )or equivalent) and is expected to graduate before age 19 years - Upon approval of TANF, the recipient must participate in employment and training services through the Missouri Work Assistance (MWA) program which helps TANF recipients transition from TANF to a job by helping set goals and get the skills needed to find a job and support the recipientâs family - Contact office on additional eligibility requirements
