- Redeploy Illinois: Youth are linked to a wide array of needed services and supports within the home community, as indicated through an individualized needs assessment. Services provided can include case management, court advocacy, education assistance, family/group/individual counseling and crisis intervention. - Safety Networks: Case management services includes anger management, individual/group/family counseling, life skills, employment, advocacy, academic advocacy, career/vocational/secondary education planning and linkage/referrals for youth.

- Redeploy Illinois: Ages 13-18 years who are at high risk of being committed to the Department of Corrections - Safety Networks: - At-risk youth ages 10-24 years engaged in violence/conflict at home, school or the community - At-risk youth ages 10-24 years in need of anger management - At-risk youth ages 10-24 years having academic difficulties including truancy - At-risk youth ages 10-24 years needing linkage to resources and the monitoring of that - At-risk youth ages 10-24 years needing advocacy in maneuvering through different systems such as mental health and substance abuse - Families Case Management: Grandparents or relatives of any age who are the primary caretaker of their grandchildren or relative
