Description

Provides community-based, personalized and comprehensive care multiple times weekly to young adults with intensive needs. Clients receive a variety of services (medication assistance, peer support, resources, supportive employment, etc.) to help them have a life that is not dominated by mental illness.

        Description

        Serve as the point of entry for clients eligible for services funded through the Missouri Department of Mental Health. Offers early intervention services, psychiatric outpatient services through Comprehensive Children's Services and Adult Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services based on an individual's treatment plan.
