A program for teen parents where they can receive education about nutrition and exercise, information about their baby's development and to take part in social activities.

Intake Procedure
Takes most clients by referral, but will consider clients that call her directly. Once client has made contact they will be scheduled for an appointment to come in and fill out intake form.
