Provides parent-educators to share age-appropriate child development and parenting information with parents of young children. Services include Development Assessment, Home Based Parenting Education, Parenting/Family Support Groups, Children's Pay Groups, Baby Clothing Donation programs, Children's Clothing Donation programs, and Toy/Game Donation programs.
