Description
The PEER Center community rehabilitation programs provide psychosocial rehabilitation groups and other services to help support and/or improve individual lives. It fosters and promotes recovery for mental health clients by offering choices and activities, building their peer support network, and offering encouragement and education towards the development of social skills, job skills, and symptom management skills.

Description
New Frontiers community rehabilitation programs provide psychosocial rehabilitation groups and other services to help support and/or improve individual lives. New Frontiers is based on a "clubhouse" model and provides a day setting with structured psycho-social rehabilitation groups that provide support and programming for mental health recovery. The program day is structured around a variety of groups that focus on topics like self-esteem, mental health, nutrition education, physical wellness, music and recreational therapies, spiritual wellness, independent living skills, positive self-expression, improved social functioning and community reintegration.

18+ years of age, a qualifying diagnosis, actively receiving mental health services, appropriate funding
