- Intensive Family Intervention Services: Provides in-home services to children for 45 days to help them successfully reintegrate into their families, homes and schools after a period of 24-hour inpatient care. Services include intensive in-home parent support and education, care and service coordination, 24 hour crisis intervention and intensive home support. - Intensive In-Home Services: A short-term, home-based, crisis intervention service offering families in crisis an alternative for remaining together safely, and averting out-of-home placement of children whenever possible. The program combines skill-based intervention with maximum flexibility so that services are available to families according to their unique needs.

Description
Intensive Family Reunification Services: Phase 1 - A family reunification specialist works directly with family members for the first 30 days, focus is ensuring safety in the home and the reintegration of the children back into the family home. Phase 2 - Family intensive services for up to eight to 10 hours a week for six to eight weeks. Phase 3 - 90 day end-to-end services are provided to ensure continued stability of the family.

- Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): Allows children to maintain current placement while still engaging in intensive treatment. Treatment is based on each childâs individual needs and utilizes a combination of therapeutic services, including individual, group and family therapy, psychiatric services, medical services and active, direct supervision. - Day Services: Program coordinators provide initial orientation and commitment to program components, identify and address barriers to comprehensive treatment, and collaborate with existing community treatment providers and school personnel. Ten hours of group therapy each week focuses on dialectical behavior therapy skills building, strengthening and generalization via empirically supported therapeutic learning activities.
