Vibrant Health’s team of behavioral health specialists are here to help with a variety of mental health needs for patients of all ages. Behavioral health services include screening children and adults for diagnosis of behavioral health conditions; trauma-informed interventions for patients with mild or moderate conditions; and coordinated referral to partner agencies for patients with severe conditions or chronic, long-term needs.

Vibrant Health provides preventive and acute medical services and chronic disease management for children 0 - 19 years of age; lab services; care coordination and specialist referrals; and Medicaid enrollment assistance. Transportation to and from clinic visits may be available for established patients.
