Wounded Soldier and Family Hotline is to offer wounded, injured, or ill Soldiers and their families a way to share concerns on the quality of patient care. The hotline is an avenue to gather information about medical care as well as suggest ways we can improve our medical support systems. If a soldier is having trouble finding a resolution to a problem within their chain-of-command, a report can be made on this line.

Description
Wounded Soldier and Family Hotline is also a line for Veterans, active duty, reservists, National Guardsman and family to call if they are contemplating suicide. The operator will attempt to get "hands on" the caller to make sure they don't cause harm to themselves which may mean soldiers on base or police for veterans calling from off-base.
