Description
Responds to general and specific questions about ADA requirements. Processes complaints and allegations of discrimination against persons with disabilities. Also offers employers information on reasonable accommodations for disabled employees and this law. Advises employees and employers regarding discrimination and accommodations in employment. Provides service and contact information on many disability service organizations, facilities, and agencies. Provides brochures for employees and employers regarding the Americans With Disabilities Act.
