The Whole Person is a private, non-residential, non-profit organization providing a full range of community-based services and referrals for people with disabilities. As a Center for Independent Living, The Whole Person offers programs and services in five core service areas: independent living skills training, information and referral, individual and systems advocacy, the transition of individuals from institutions to the community and transition of youth to adulthood, and peer mentoring. Many programs and services fall within these core areas, including employment services, youth services, personal attendant services, programs for people who are Blind/Low Vision or Deaf/Hard of Hearing, adaptive sports & recreation, and much more. The organization also offers Home Health Care.
