Description
The term âearly interventionâ refers to services for young children (ages 0-5), in partnership with their families, that are designed to identify and treat a developmental delay as early as possible. Services can include screening that helps identify the type of delay a child may have, as well as support and information for parents.

From life skills such as cooking, sports and using technology, to community involvement that includes hands-on service projects, the UCP Adult Program provides adults with developmental disabilities opportunities to learn and reach new goals

Description
UCPâs Job Developer will meet with the program participant to identify potential places of employment and to provide the support necessary for the individual to become successfully employed after being evaluated by staff with their Discovery and Exploration program.
