Fees
Medicaid, Medicare and most types of commercial insurance except for Signa and United Healthcare. Uninsured residents of MO living outside of TMC's service area can pay a flat fee of $125 for their first visit and each additional visit is $75 for a doctor, and $60 for a therapist.

psychological assessment is a comprehensive evaluation of an individualâs current psychological functioning that will assist as a guide in treatment has psychologists who are trained to offer these assessments for children, adolescents and adults with a diverse range of needs.
