Description
Outpatient program for substance abusers that may also be ex-offenders. Participants learn new methods of communication and coping skills.
Hours
M-F 8am-5pm
Required Documents
Valid ID, proof of address (homeless letter, verification from Parole Officer, DFS, caseworker), proof of income or no income (unemployment documentation). If none, does not affect admission.
Eligibility
18+
Fees
Medicare, MO Medicaid, KanCare and private insurance; sliding scale based on income and family size. Accept uninsured also.
Intake Procedure
Admissions processed M-Th 8am-11am. Can attend groups daily until admission.
