MW 5pm-7pm, T 3pm-5pm, Th 1pm-3pm, Sa 9am-11am
Required Documents
Valid photo ID, SS numbers for everyone in the household, and proof of address (something dated within the last 30 days)
Eligibility
Income less than 150% of poverty level; may visit one time per month
