Disabled person must show social security disability award letter.
Eligibility
Senior 60+; Physically disabled aged 18-59
Fees
Rides to doctor appointments are free for riders who are 60+. Disabled riders pay one coupon per stop; Coupon books are 10 coupons for $10 and may be purchased at City Hall or Liberty Community Center. Liberty Access asks that you verify your eligibility to ride before purchasing coupons.
Intake Procedure
Call for application, must apply ahead of time. Rides for doctor appointments can be scheduled up to 2 weeks in advance.
