Program designed mainly to reduce recidivism of ex-offenders, juveniles and at-risk job seekers but also provides job finding and resume preparation assistance to veterans, those who are homeless, have HIV/AIDS, abuse substances or are mentally/physically challenged. Also have services for under-employed, under-educated and those with credit problems.
