Description:
Provides advocacy, navigation and support to homeless people and families. Transportation is provided to address issues leading to or resulting from being homeless (to shelters, non-emergency medical, housing and legal appointments, job interviews, etc.) Cannot do errands and recurring rides to jobs or school due to limited resources. Also provides advocacy and assistance identifying and accessing local resources. This program works with people as they progress from agency to agency.
