Description
BRUSHED WITH KINDNESS PROGRAM: Minor home repairs offered to low income homeowners that are current on their mortgage and insurance. Homeowners must assist as much as possible in the work, arrangements can be made for individuals with disabilities. Work is done by volunteers that are supervised by a contractor. Project must be able to be completed in a day or weekend

Eligibility
Income must be 50% or less of the median income of their county Must be current on the mortgage and insurance of the home Cost can not exceed $5000 and homeowner pays 10% No major structural repairs, no remodeling, just minor repairs.
