Description
Delivery of meals to frail, homebound elderly. Meals are generally frozen and 7 days of meals are delivered once a week. In some cases up to two meals per each day CAPACITY Through the use of frozen meals, can provide service for seven days a week and up to two meals per day.

Individuals aged 60 years and older or individuals married to someone 60 years and older and unable to prepare meals for self or attend a senior center

If authorized through MoHealthNet, no cost - Otherwise a voluntary contribution is requested
