Special Notes/Funding
When weather is 40 degree or below by 8:00pm a cold cot program is established, people who may not be eligible to be residents are able to sleep on a cot. This increases our capacity by ten for each gender. When weather is 85 degrees or above the shelter dining hall is open as a cooling station as well as for hot cots after 8:00pm.
