Description
Develops a coordinated delivery system of services to assist and enable older Missourians to remain in their own homes as long as possible and to enhance the quality of life for all older Missourians. Programs offered include: Nutrition program, long term ombudsman program, in home services, paperwork assistance, legal services, health promotion, information and assistance, tax information, transportation assistance, respite care, family caregiver support program Medicare Prescription Drug Program, MoRx Program, and the Affordable Care Act.
