Description
Provides group health education workshop designed to teach adults with chronic health conditions and adults caring for someone who has a chronic health condition the skills they need to manage their symptoms and take control of their health. Topics include pain and fatigue management, physical activity, healthy eating, depression, medication management, making informed treatment decisions, communication, planning for the future, problem solving and more.
