Description
UCP Heartland Adult Day Services: Provides a variety of health, social and support services. Clients receive individualized assistance with a variety of skills (social, learning, daily living, cognitive, adaptive) that foster a greater level of independence, focusing on choice and interest for each individual. The Gibbs Center offers highly trained staff and a registered nurse on duty throughout the day. With modified agency-owned vans, the program offers choices to clients, including outings into the community. The Gibbs Center has strong partnerships with businesses in the metro area to provide a network of assistance.

Provides employment services to adults with disabilities to obtain and maintain competitive integrated jobs in in the community. Services may include discovery/exploration, job development/placement, on the job training, long-term retention supports and pre-vocational training.

Description
Independent Supported Living: Provides 24 hour staff support to people living with disabilities. Staff members assist program participants with personal care, cooking, medication, arranging transportation, coordinating medical care, community outings and social activities.
