      Description

      The M.I.N.E. Program: In cooperation with the City's Juvenile Court system, this program emphasizes the importance of mentoring, instruction, nutrition, and esteem by utilizing life skills programs which hold juvenile offenders accountable for the actions; thereby reducing the likelihood of the reoccurrence of unacceptable behaviors.
