Description
MetroCARE provides referrals to the uninsured so they have access to a primary care doctor or specialty doctor they need by connecting them with medical specialists, laboratories and hospitals willing to donate their time and expertise.

M-F 8:30am-4:30pm
Required Documents
Resident of Clay, Jackson or Platte county Missouri for at least 3 months; family income equal to or less than 400% of the federal poverty guidelines; no medical insurance and not eligible for government medical assistance such as Medicare, Medicaid or VA benefits

Varies; This agency does NOT guarantee that all of the medical services needed will be available through the program on a donated basis
