Description
Through this program, UBCF provides assistance for children of breast cancer patients, including: counseling, school clothing and supplies.

M-Th 10am-3pm EST
Required Documents
Application; Proof of income; Any outstanding bills or cost estimates; doctor's letter of medical condition; birth certificate for each child in household 18 and under
Eligibility
Income taken into consideration; Must be a current breast cancer patient or within 3 years of remission. Can reapply 12 months after last assistance payment.
Fees
$25 due by check at time of application
Intake Procedure
Call or visit website for application. Applications are reviewed on a quarterly basis. You will be notified by email.
