Provides emergency assistance prescriptions (no controlled substances). Does not cover emergency room visits, pre-existing medical expenses, routine doctor's visits or hospitalization. Do not pay Medicaid co-pays.

Prescription expense assistance provided either with prescription in hand or existing prescriptions can be filled at KCMC partnering pharmacies. This includes prescription co-pays for insured callers.

Photo ID, SS cards, proof of income and proof of address for last 30 days for everyone in household
Eligibility
Income 200% of federal poverty level. Assistance available once per year. Does not assist with controlled substances, birth control, smoking cessation, or "cosmetic" medications.
