Description
Skills training provided include bathing, toilet training, ambulating training, feeding, household cleaning and laundry, care of adaptive training, shopping, banking, budgeting, social interactions, recreation/leisure activity, problem solving, and assistance on the job- with behavioral or daily living skills.
Hours
Mon-Fri - 8:00am to 4:30pm
Required Documents
- Current IP - Medical: physical/TB/physical statement updated annually, psychological/social history, vocational reports as appropriate to service needs
Eligibility
- Age 16 years and older - Must meet the eligibility requirements of the Department of Mental Health, the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and/or be currently diagnosed as having a disability
