Volunteer counselors answer questions about Medicare eligibility, and enrollment as well as employment and/or retirement health benefit questions; Supplemental insurance policies; Medicare Advantage (Choice) options, such as HMO and PPO; Medicare-approved discount cards and provide Medicare Part D counseling and Long-term care planning.
