Description
Provides therapy services, including speech/language, occupational, physical and special instruction, given to children showing developmental delays. Therapy is play-based and occurs at home, day care, other community settings, and at the Center.
Hours
Mon, Wed, Fri - 8:00am to 3:00pm
Required Documents
Immunization record, medical exam report, prescription/doctor's order for therapy, and child enrollment form
Eligibility
Birth to age 3; must show a delay in development or be at risk for a delay
Fees
Cost of therapy based on parents' income; Medicaid sets rate for cost of therapy
