Description
Transformation is a faith-based job readiness training program for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce. Our mission is to build and release capable employees. The projectâs purpose is to teach and train individuals that are unemployed and underemployed to find and maintain meaningful employment. Our staff and volunteers provide coaching for personal and professional development.

Description
Focus on Fatherhood trains men to become responsible fathers/father-figures that love and lead their children to success. The fatherhood initiative was designed to be useful for fathers in any social service based setting (courts, prisons, employment agencies, hospitals, drug rehabilitation centers, etc.) and in any fathering situation (teen, single, married, divorced, non-custodial, step, father-figures etc.). It is a tool to transform the dysfunctional father into a functioning father and the functioning father into a great dad.
