The Amen center is transitional shelter for homeless adults, families, and families with children. The goal is to assist people who are ready and willing to help themselves get back on their feet. The agency is not equipped to shelter individuals who are controlled by drug or alcohol addictions. People interested in staying at the shelter must first pass a verbal "interview" with the director and must NOT have any active warrants or be convicted of any violent and/or sexual crimes.
