Community Resources, Education and Wellness brought to south Kansas City by Community Assistance Council.
CAC is now presenting online classes to help make our corner of KC more stable and healthy.
The current course menu and registration links are available at www.cackc.org. Classes currently include Tenant Rights & Responsibilities, CAC Cooks!, Chair Yoga, How to Understand and Improve Your Credit, Intro to Trauma Informed Care, Mindfulness, and Autogenic Muscle Relaxation.
