- No fee for library cards and lending services to residents living or owning property within the Columbia city boundaries - Library cards available to individuals not residing in the city of Columbia but part of the Columbia Public School District for a yearly fee (currently $89.00) - Black and white copies/printing = $0.15 per page - Color copies/printing = $0.30 per page - Fax = $1.00 for the first page, $0.50 for each additional page (FAX service to local and toll-free numbers is free) - Fees are due for overdue books, cd's, videos

Assistance preparing state and federal income tax returns, includes electronic filing of tax returns and tax credits.

- Photo ID - Social Security cards for self, spouse and dependents - An Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) assignment letter may be substituted for self, spouse and dependents if Social Security number isn't available - Proof of foreign status, if applying for an ITIN - Birth dates for self, spouse and dependents on the tax return - Wage and earning statements (Form W-2, W-2G, 1099-R,1099-Misc) from all employers - Interest and dividend statements from banks (Forms 1099) - All Forms 1095-A, B or C, Affordable Health Care Statements/Health Insurance Statements - Health Insurance Exemption Certificate, if received - A copy of last yearâs federal and state returns, if available - Proof of bank account routing and account numbers for direct deposit such as a blank check - To file taxes electronically on a married-filing-joint tax return, both spouses must be present to sign the required forms - Total paid for daycare provider and the daycare provider's tax identifying number such as their Social Security number or business - Employer Identification Number - Copies of income transcripts from IRS and state, if applicable - Property tax bill
