Mon-Wed - 5:00am to 1:30pm Thu - 5:00am to 11:00pm Fri - 5:00am to 1:30pm Sat - 7:30am to 10:00am

Eligibility

Age 18 years and older At least one year of opiate addiction verified Must be present at the clinic for the first 90 days of treatment

Fees

$106 per week $60 admit fee

Self-referral by coming in, phone, appointment, or by referrals from physicians
