Description:
Facilitates and promotes building of resilient children, healthy families, and strong neighborhoods and communities. Services include providing facilitation of programming to build healthy families with affordable housing services, homeless prevention, social work and crisis intervention, parent and family education, substance abuse, violence prevention, and neighborhood revitalization. Also provides diverse programming with after school clubs, academic enrichment, early childhood services, parent and family education, financial literacy, and youth mentoring.
