Description
The Home Repair Program provides assistance to very-low income households with home repairs that would pose a health and/or safety issue for the homeowner and the community. Eligible conditions include barrier removal.
Hours
M-F 8am-5pm
Required Documents
Proof of income, proof of home ownership, estimate for repair cost, photo ID
Eligibility
Must be owner-occupied house, and cannot be a trailer home, town home, duplex and apartment house, adjoined properties, rental property or property where business is conducted. Household income must be at or below 80% of the HUD area median income guideline.

Eligible conditions for work include: roof, electrical, furnace or plumbing. Must be owner-occupied house, and cannot be a trailer home, town home, duplex and apartment house, adjoined properties, rental property or property where business is conducted. Household income must be at or below 60% of the HUD area median income guideline.
